Job summary

RRD in Minnesota is seeking an experienced operations coordinator to coordinate production of printed materials and maintain positive client relations through all stages of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include planning with production leadership, developing solutions to client concerns, invoicing, and ensuring timely billing and documentation. A HS diploma with 5+ years in client service or admin support in manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 5+ years of client service/administrative/operational support in manufacturing or office environment.
• Ability to coordinate production and maintain client relations across all stages of manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials and print-related services.
• Maintain positive client relations through active engagement during the manufacturing process.
• Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects with production leadership.
• Provide solutions to client concerns and process improvements; assist with invoicing and deliveries.
• Build and maintain client relationships and consult with clients & production to execute plans.
• Ensure job instructions are entered and verified in manufacturing systems and scheduled.
• May assist sales with pricing and scheduling; support RFP processes.
