Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Chicago seeks an experienced post-sales coordinator to manage inbound order fulfillment for print and related services. You will process orders, respond to client inquiries, provide delivery proofs, and ensure accurate pricing and quotes.

In this role you will translate customer requirements into manufacturing instructions, collaborate with sales and production teams, and help implement process improvements while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of admin/operational support in manufacturing/office setting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office or similar software; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and documenting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, provide delivery proof and order status.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturing/kit instructions.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and manage updates in systems.
• Train junior staff and contribute to process improvements.
