Responsibilities include overseeing production timelines, press checks, and job scheduling, while supporting day-to-day shop operations and onsite client meetings

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the printing industry (digital printing, prepress, or print production).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of color digital printing, print production processes, and bindery operations.
• Experience with print equipment, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, creative teams, and staff, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
• Provide prepress and digital print support, including proofreading artwork and preparing files for production
• Edit and optimize client files for print readiness using Adobe Creative Suite
• Coordinate and manage press checks, mock‑ups, revisions, and client approvals
• Oversee project scheduling, workflow management, and production timelines to meet deadlines and budgets
• Manage day‑to‑day print shop operations, including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment coordination
• Support and maintain small format printers, large format printers, and plotters
• Perform print finishing and bindery tasks as needed
• Assist with conference room setup, client meetings, and onsite support services
