Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination roles
• Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processes
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and consistency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects
• Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Support end-to-end production workflows from intake to completion
• Maintain color accuracy, print quality, and output consistency
• Coordinate with production teams to assign work and improve workflow efficiency
• Assist in packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation
• Oversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination
• Support sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and production supplies
• Participate in R&D for new production processes and workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization
• Track and report using Microsoft Excel and related tools
