RR Donnelley & Sons in Minnesota is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the production of printed materials and related services for clients. You will maintain positive client relations through every stage of the manufacturing process, from initial contact to final disposition.

The role emphasizes proactive project planning, solution development, and collaboration with sales, production, and operations to meet deadlines, manage costs, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service / administrative support.
• Excellent knowledge of the functional area(s) related to the job.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, and program objectives consistently.
• Strong written and oral communication across departments.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and MAC systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and priorities.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and coordinate major aspects of projects/production.
• Provide unique solutions to client concerns and invoicing tasks.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Consult with clients & production to execute plans.
• Establish priorities to meet business demands.
• May mentor junior staff and review work for quality.
• Ensure job instructions are entered in manufacturing systems and scheduled.
• Provide pre-sales support and discuss capabilities with clients.
• Assist sales with pricing and scheduling of potential business.
• Collaborate with sales on kitting, warehousing and distribution needs.
• Assemble paperwork for timely billing and coordinate supplies.
