Canon-Business-Process-Services-f89af7fd is seeking a Copy Operator to deliver exceptional customer service for client copy/print needs. The role follows production processes to produce quality finished products using print and binding equipment and provides basic troubleshooting for copiers and printers.

Responsibilities include processing print requests, meeting deadlines, performing minor equipment maintenance, taking daily meter readings, monitoring supplies, and preparing monthly production

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years experience in a print center.
• Familiar with general job functions and basic aspects.
• Knowledge of high/low volume duplicating equipment.
• Proficient with reproduction-related equipment (fax, scanner, punches, staplers, inserters, folders, paper cutters, binders, counters).
• Close supervision with detailed instructions and frequent checks.
• Excellent customer service, professional appearance.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Ability to follow directives and handle physical demands.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests from various sources by complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and log work completed.
• Perform minor maintenance like clearing paper jams and placing service calls.
• Record daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of estimated completion times and address delays or issues.
• Open/close the print center and keep the area neat and professional.
• Adjust image quality and organize files for print-on-demand orders.
• Produce monthly production and volume reports for productivity and billing.
