Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p). We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to quality on a fast-paced production floor.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. You’ll learn operation, basic troubleshooting, safety procedures, and how to meet daily goals while building a long-term career in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehousing, trades) or similar hands-on work.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Mechanical inclination and comfort with basic tools.
• Reliability and teamwork to meet daily production goals.
