Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery to join our day shift team. You’ll learn to operate high-speed bindery equipment, set up processes, and ensure quality as part of a collaborative production line.

No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for overtime and career growth within a growing print manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanical inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Pride in doing quality work.
• Reliable and able to work well with a team.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
