Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery. You’ll be trained to operate high-speed bindery equipment, learn setup, and contribute to daily production goals.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool use.
• Ability to read simple instructions and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly and monitor quality.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
