Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery (We’ll Train You!) for the day shift 7a–7p. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to books, catalogs, and printed materials.

You’ll learn to operate and set up a perfect binder, monitor quality, hit daily production goals, and work safely in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This full-time role offers benefits after 30 days and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanically inclined and able to use basic tools.
• Able to read job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean and organized.
