Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery (We’ll Train You!) to join a fast-paced print production team on the 7a–7p day shift. No bindery experience is required—we’ll train you to operate a high-speed binder and contribute to quality products.

You’ll work with a team to hit daily goals, monitor quality, follow safety procedures, and keep a clean, organized workspace while learning skilled equipment and advancing in a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Mechanically inclined with basic tool use.
• Ability to read job instructions and measurements.
• Pride in producing quality work.
• Reliable, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder
• Keep Binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
