Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any setting is a plus.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements.
• Comfortable with basic tools and mechanical tasks.
• Proactive about quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up the perfect binder to run smoothly.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
