Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p). We’ll train you to operate a high-speed binder, monitor quality, and keep production moving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

No bindery experience is required—we will train you. You’ll learn setup, adjustments, safety procedures, and join a company that offers full-time stability and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.
• Bonus if print, bindery, or finishing experience; experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep Binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
