Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery (We’ll Train You!) for the day shift. The role runs 7a–7p, full-time, and involves operating high-speed bindery equipment to produce books and printed materials.

No prior bindery experience is required as training is provided. We value reliability, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork to help you grow a long-term career in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes).
• Pride in doing quality work and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up a perfect binder.
• Keep binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace.
