Job summary

Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery and will train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment on a day shift (7a–7p), full-time. You’ll join a team producing books, catalogs, and printed materials while building a long-term career in print manufacturing.

No bindery experience is required—training is provided to help you learn, grow, and contribute to meeting daily production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read instructions and measurements.
• Reliability and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate and set up to run a perfect binder.
• Keep Binder running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
