Sheridan Ohio, part of Sheridan Group, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery. This daytime shift 7a–7p, full-time, with training to run high-speed bindery equipment.

No bindery experience required; you’ll be trained on-site and grow into a skilled operator. You’ll operate and set up binders, monitor quality, work with a team to meet daily goals, inspect products, troubleshoot issues, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No bindery experience required; training provided.
• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Ability to read basic instructions and measurements.
• Reliable team player with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up a binder to run smoothly.
• Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Work with a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace clean.
