Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in software engineering and systems design.
- Extensive background in building and scaling distributed, high-throughput, and highly available B2B SaaS or transactional systems.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve target architecture for core platforms.
- Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, including CI/CD and security-by-design.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering Managers, and Pharmacy Operations.
- Ensure HIPAA and SOC2 compliance and data privacy.
