Zusammenfassung

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Principal Engineer to drive the technical vision across engineering, reporting to the VP of Engineering.

You will guide multi-squad design work, set engineering standards, and ensure scalable, secure healthcare platforms using AWS, PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript. You will mentor staff and collaborate with product, pharmacy operations, and security teams to meet clinical and regulatory requirements while reducing latency and improving

Qualifikationen

10+ years of progressive, hands-on software engineering and systems design experience.
Experience building scalable, high-throughput B2B SaaS or transactional systems.

Aufgaben

Define and evolve architecture for core platforms (B2B and consumer).
Lead design/implementation of high-volume API integrations and fulfillment logistics.
Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers; enforce design reviews and code standards.
Collaborate with Product Management and Operations to align architecture with business goals.
Ensure healthcare compliance (HIPAA, SOC2) in system design and security practices.
Improve performance, latency, and database efficiency in AWS and PostgreSQL.
