Fuze Health Inc. seeks a Principal Engineer to set the technical vision across the engineering organization and guide architecture for our high-volume, scalable healthcare platforms.

You will mentor engineers, enforce standards, and partner with Product Management and Pharmacy Operations to deliver secure, compliant systems. This role demands deep HealthTech domain expertise and a track record of delivering reliable, mission-critical software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressive, hands-on software engineering and systems design.
• Extensive background in building and scaling distributed, high-throughput, and highly available B2B SaaS or transactional systems.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the target architecture for FuzeRx's core B2B and consumer platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of high-volume API integrations and complex fulfillment logistics.
• Mentor Staff, Senior, and Mid-level engineers and elevate engineering culture.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards including coding guidelines, testing, CI/CD, and security-by-design.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Pharmacy Operations to align architectures with business goals.
