Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to define the strategy and roadmap of our CV Platform. You will own product requirements, model lifecycle, and internal alignment to drive adoption of AI capabilities across the product portfolio.

You will partner with product leaders, manage API requirements, and track metrics to ensure customer impact. Requires 10+ years in TPM roles and 3+ years building ML/CV models, with EST/CST availability within the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management in platform products, AI/ML, or cross‑functional domains.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience building machine learning models or CV algorithms for ML/data‑oriented products.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle (MLOps), data platforms, and AI infra.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and metrics (KPIs/OKRs).
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real‑time video processing.
• Leadership at a Principal level with influence across organizations.
• Customer-focused with discovery experience to understand internal/external needs.
• Domain knowledge in video analytics a plus.
• Ability to articulate highly ambiguous concepts and drive discovery.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal partner alignment and drive platform adoption with APIs and capabilities.
• Create MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own the lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure from ideation to deprecation.
• Define and track KPIs, performance, latency, and cost‑efficiency for the platform.
• Conduct market and customer discovery with Product Management to identify opportunities.
