Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with goals and managing resources, budgets and timelines.
• Utilize AI capabilities within ServiceNow for planning, dependency synthesis, and executive reporting with proper data handling.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and drive decision-making procedures for positive outcomes.
• Identify process improvements and stay current with emerging technologies.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance with human review and delivery standards.
