You will lead multi-team efforts, align projects with business goals, and manage budgets, resources, and risks. The role requires strong stakeholder relations, executive-level communication, and expertise in agile delivery, AI workflows, and strategic program governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
• Proving ability to manage operational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience with product development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Practical exposure to AI workflows and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Ability to validate AI-assisted plans and manage data sensitivity.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and communications plans for portfolio operations and change initiatives.
• Support training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices.
• Adapt and modify the functional and managerial framework to align priorities and trade-offs.
• Implement a domain-level collection strategy covering controls, financials, and resourcing.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with timelines and resources.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Use analytics to assess program performance and drive data-driven optimizations.
• Promote agile delivery practices and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Encourage reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
