You will lead multi-functional technology projects, translating objectives into executable programs, directing resources, and guiding risk-aware delivery across global teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support technical program management workflows.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks with data-sensitivity awareness.
• Advanced analytical reasoning applying critical thinking to business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change, dependencies, and high-pressure environments.
• Advanced skills in stakeholder management and driving outcomes aligned with firm objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration, and oversee complex program execution by managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks
• Use enterprise-authorized and ServiceNow authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning, synthesis, and executive reporting, ensuring data sensitivity compliance
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and clear decision-making procedures
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and staying current with emerging technologies
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
