Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in managing structural designs for EPC projects in power plants or similar infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed structural proposals across varied sectors and project sizes.
• Lead the delivery of structural designs on multiple projects, ensuring code compliance, safety, and high quality outputs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams to enhance competency and project delivery.
• Serve as SME for complex structural tasks, reviewing calculations, models, drawings, and specifications for integrity and compliance.
• Support the Civil/Structural Department Manager in resource planning, financial management, and process improvements.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth coordination and proactive problem-solving.
