Day & Zimmermann is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer in the United States to lead critical structural projects within the DZMC Engineering department. You will guide a team of engineers and designers, ensuring designs meet industry standards and client expectations while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering with relevant licensure.
• Experience leading EPC structural projects in power or industrial settings.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, coordinate, and manage detailed structural engineering proposals including scope, execution, resources, budget, and timelines.
• Lead and supervise delivery of structural designs across multiple projects meeting codes and safety standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Review calculations, modeling, drawings, and specifications for compliance and quality.
• Support department head in resource planning, budgeting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
