Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required in civil/structural engineering.
• Master’s degree in structural engineering is preferred.
• Over 12 years of progressive structural engineering experience with 5+ years in power/industrial projects.
• Experience leading structural design for EPC projects in power plants or similar facilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage structural proposals, scope, budget, and timelines across varied sectors.
• Lead delivery of designs on multiple projects, ensuring codes, safety, and quality.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and team development.
• Serve as SME for complex calculations, modeling, drawings, and specs.
• Support Department Manager with resource planning and process improvement.
