Blue Origin is seeking a Principal Structural Analyst to lead the structural analysis of pumps, heat exchangers, valves, radiators, and docking systems for lunar transport hardware. You will work as a Structural Integrity Lead, collaborating with product teams to ensure safe, reliable, and low-cost spaceflight.

• 15+ years of structural analysis experience with modal, random vibration, static, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
• Experience as a Structural Integrity Lead or Analysis Lead.
• Strong understanding of fundamentals from first principles.
• Ability to develop innovative solutions with evolving requirements.
• Clear communication of status and technical results.
• Familiarity with Creo and FEA tools; GD&T ASME Y14.5 knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Perform detailed structural analysis of thermal/fluids and mechanical systems and assemblies.
• Conduct static, modal, random vibration, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses.
• Apply first principles to solve complex problems and guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analyses with project goals.
• Use 3D CAD (Creo) and FEA tools to perform analyses and provide solutions.
• Ensure GD&T compliance (ASME Y14.5) and environmental testing readiness.
• Prepare and present technical reports and analysis results to stakeholders.
