Blue Origin is seeking a Principal Structural Analyst within the Lunar Permanence team to lead structural integrity analyses of pumps, heat exchangers, valves, radiators, and docking systems for lunar transportation hardware. You will guide cross-functional teams, perform advanced FEA and validate designs to ensure safety and reliability in space environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent).
• 15+ years of structural analysis experience including modal, random vibration, static, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
• Experience as Structural Integrity Lead or Analysis Lead.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural analyses of Thermal/Fluids and mechanical systems using classical and finite element methods.
• Perform static, modal, random vibration, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses.
• Apply first principles to solve complex structural problems and present results to stakeholders.
