Blue Origin in Washington, DC is seeking a Principal Structural Analyst to lead structural integrity analyses for lunar transport systems. You will perform static, modal, random vibration, fatigue and damage-tolerance analyses using Creo and leading FEA tools, ensuring GD&T compliance and high-quality reports.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• 15+ years in structural analysis with modal, random vibration and fatigue.
• Experience as Structural Integrity Lead or Analysis Lead.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed structural analyses of thermal/fluids and mechanical systems.
• Use classical methods and finite element method to assess performance.
• Prepare reports and present results to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and environmental testing requirements.
