Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Principal Structural Analyst to lead structural integrity analyses for lunar transport systems. You will perform modal, static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses using Creo and FEA tools, applying first principles and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, prepare technical reports, and ensure environmental testing compliance. Requirements include a BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 15+ years of experience

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and 15+ years in structural analysis.
• Experience leading Structural Integrity activities and review of analyses.
• Familiar with Creo and FEA tools; knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5).

Responsibilities
