You will partner with BU Drivers and IOC to direct recovery, establish real-time customer impact signals, and scale incident leadership across the company. You will implement agentic tooling and runbooks, oversee post-incident RCAs, and participate in a follow-the-sun rotation across the US to ensure fast, safe recovery and

Competenze

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent; 12+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven track record commanding large-scale incidents in enterprise or financial services.
• Fluent in AI agent development and orchestration; able to review AI outputs to quality standards.

Mansioni

• Lead Intuit’s most critical incidents as Technical Duty Officer during bridges, directing recovery actions.
• Drive fast recovery with decisive rollbacks, failovers, and traffic shifts to restore customer experience.
• Define real-time customer impact signals with business units and quality post-incident reviews.
• Improve observability with SLOs, dashboards, alerts, and tracing across platforms.
• Own runbooks and escalation processes; ensure clear ownership and communication channels.
• Provide 24x7 follow-the-sun coverage across US and IDC with smooth handoffs.
