Job summary

Docusign is seeking a seasoned Lead Incident Commander to steer critical incidents across technology, product, and security, reporting to the Senior Director, Site Reliability Engineering.

You will drive incident management excellence, apply engineering and automation best practices for availability and reliability, and collaborate with executives and stakeholders to minimize impact while maintaining service continuity across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Incident Management or Site Reliability Engineering, including leadership of major incidents and high-severity situations
• Experience with Incident Management tools and have strong programming skills
• Experience in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving in a 24x7x365 environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Docusign's incident management
• Participate in a rotational shift 24x7x365
• Monitor and evaluate high-level incident-based data for anomalies and correlations to provide valuable insights into trends, and propose solutions for areas requiring improvements
