You will evangelize our platform, mentor technical sales teams, and advise executives on AI operations maturity and cloud migration strategies.»

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of technical leadership, solutions architecture, or product management in SaaS/DevOps/Cloud.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence C-level executives at Fortune 500 or global enterprises.
• Experience supporting and influencing sales cycles with a solid grasp of buyer journeys.

Aufgaben

• Advise CTOS/CIOs on digital transformations and operationalizing PagerDuty.
• Represent PagerDuty as a thought leader at industry events and in content.
• Partner with Global Product and Engineering to align US roadmap with market needs.
• Provide architectural oversight for complex, high-stakes enterprise opportunities.
• Foster a local DevOps/SRE community and share AI in operations best practices.
• Monitor competition and identify market shifts PagerDuty can capitalize on.
