Job summary

enGen seeks a Principal Software Engineer to own end-to-end architectural views across client experiences, API gateways, and backend services. You will ensure secure handling of PHI, implement authorization, encryption, audit logging, and compliance while driving scalable, enterprise-grade digital applications.

You will define ADRs, lead complex integrations, and present strategic solutions to senior leadership, architecture reviews, and security teams, mentoring engineers along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• 9 years of proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of technical and business problems ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Define service topologies and lead vendor migrations and partner integrations.
• Write architecture decision records and present to senior leadership and security teams.
