enGen is seeking a visionary Principal Software Engineer to build scalable public-facing applications across Digital Member Experience channels. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from client experiences to backend services, with a strong emphasis on PHI security, authorization, encryption, and audit logging.

You will define architectures, drive vendor migrations and partner integrations, and present ADRs to senior leadership, architecture reviews, and security teams.

Qualificações

• 9 years in design/analysis of algorithms, data structures, and scalable systems
• 9 years with multiple languages incl. Java, Python, JavaScript
• Experience with REST/HTTPS/JSON
• 9 years with two or more general purpose languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, C#)
• Experience defining system architectures and non-functional requirements

Responsabilidades

• Lead resolution of technical and business problems with focus on scalability, performance, security
• Define service topologies and migrate/ integrate vendor systems
• Write and present Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to leadership and security teams
• Mentor and lead other software engineers across teams
