RTX's Effector RF Design department is seeking a Principal RF Sensor Responsible Engineering Authority for advanced missile programs in Tucson, AZ. The candidate should have deep expertise in RF subsystem design, radar development, antenna design, or RF seeker integration and will drive subsystem requirements, perform design modeling, and support integration and test activities.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 6+ years.
• Experience with RF hardware development and subsystems (antennas/CCAs).
• Experience working with suppliers or subcontractors on complex hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supplier development of RF sensors and measurement equipment.
• Coordinate design reviews and hardware acceptance with stakeholders.
• Travel to supplier sites every 1–2 months for reviews and meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical investigations and trade studies.
