Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for senior roles across Core portfolios. You will partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs, build pipelines, and implement scalable processes that support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with ability to translate metrics into strategic recommendations.
• Uses generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across your Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and research, ensuring depth and quality at each stage to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and a strong candidate/interviewer experience.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and surface bottlenecks.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
