Coinbase is hiring a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for some of our hardest-to-fill roles and partner with senior leaders to understand talent needs and scale solutions.

You will build pipelines, drive process improvements, and design programs that extend across global markets while maintaining a human-centered approach to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in tech or fast-paced growth.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Data-driven pipeline management with analytics to inform decisions.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level searches in Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
