Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join our Core Recruiting team within People Success. You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior roles across the Core portfolio and partner with senior leaders to translate talent needs into effective search strategies and strong candidate experiences.

You will build pipelines through self-sourcing, drive data-informed decisions, and design processes that scale across global markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in tech or fast-growth environments.
• Experience scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and translating metrics into strategy.
• Ability to use generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level searches across Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research to maintain hiring velocity.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies and strong candidate experiences.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency and bottlenecks.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes that scale impact across global markets.
