• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into effective search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Design and implement recruiting processes to scale impact across global markets.
