Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Domain Team Enablement, to lead the platform strategy for embedding autonomous AI agents and workflows across Procore’s ecosystem. You will build a scalable enablement platform with reusable modules and core AI skills to accelerate internal product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of backend platforms, AI workflows, and developer tooling.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure or shared modules for multi-product lines.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into developer-friendly tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap for the internal AI enablement platform, delivering APIs, SDKs, and reusable modules.
• Enforce architectural guardrails and evaluation frameworks to maintain quality without fracturing UX.
• Create internal developer docs, tooling, and scaffolding to reduce barriers for engineering teams.
• Prioritize backend backlog and lifecycle for enablement tools across product lines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across distributed product teams as the advocate for a unified AI ecosystem.
• Track metrics to ensure the platform correlates with end-user value.
• Define engineering metrics to reduce friction and development effort for agents.
