Procore is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of its development platform for the AI era. You will own the developer platform roadmap, serving 1,000+ internal developers and the agents they run, and you will work with a group of senior engineers to build the interface between engineering and its agents.

You will be based in the Austin, TX office with immediate availability. The role is to craft pipelines, environments, and governance that scale, with guardrails around

Qualifications

• 8+ years building infrastructure, platform, or developer tools at SaaS scale.
• Past role as engineer, architect, SRE, or in DevRel.
• Hands-on depth across Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, secrets.
• Observability chops: OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics/logging pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Own the developer platform roadmap and define golden paths.
• Build infrastructure that proves provisioning is a capability, not a request.
• Design guardrails for security, compliance, and cost.
• Ensure observability and cost transparency from day one.
