Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Principal Product Manager to reshape its development platform for the AI era. You will own the developer platform roadmap, serving 1,000+ internal developers as customers and shaping interfaces for thousands of agents.

This role reports to a Group Product Manager and is based in our Austin, TX office, with immediate need. You will craft the strategy for golden paths, provisioning, security guardrails, observability, and cost management, aligning with a founder’s

Qualifications

• 8+ years building infrastructure, platform, or developer tools at SaaS scale
• Engineer/architect/SRE/DevRel background
• Hands-on depth across Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD, GitOps, secrets
• Observability chops: OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics/logging
• Public-facing opinions with track record
• Engagement with CNCF/platform-engineering communities
• Understanding agentic development in platforms
• Ability to work with skeptical senior engineers

Responsibilities

• Define golden paths for developers and create seamless delivery pipelines
• Build infrastructure that provisions quickly and reliably
• Make security and cost guardrails part of the platform
• Ensure observability and cost visibility from day one
• Design an agent-native platform interfacing with agents and engineers
• Set the product's point of view and defend it with engineering relevance
