Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy and roadmap of the CV Platform. You will partner with internal teams to define requirements, drive the adoption of AI models, and own the lifecycle of core CV infrastructure across our product portfolio.

You will define MRDs/PRDs, manage end-to-end product ownership, and establish metrics to measure platform success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management in technical domains.
• Strong understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycles (MLOps).
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
• Experience with metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs) to show impact.
• Ability to lead with senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Engage with internal teams to gather requirements and drive adoption of platform services.
• Create MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core capabilities (model serving, data pipelines).
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Define and track platform adoption, performance, latency, and cost metrics.
