Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to transform ambiguous concepts into enterprise CV solutions. You will steer the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the CV Platform, partnering with internal leaders to define requirements and drive AI model adoption across the portfolio.

You will own the lifecycle of central CV models and AI infrastructure, track platform metrics, and collaborate on market insights to guide strategic build-versus-buy

Formación

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products, AI/ML, or cross-functional domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, production ML pipelines, CV algorithms, or ML software.
• Deep understanding of CV/ML lifecycle (MLOps) and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, and metrics (KPIs, OKRs).
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.
• Leadership to influence senior leaders and present roadmaps and business cases.
• Customer-focused with early-stage discovery experience.
• Domain knowledge in video analytics is a plus.
• Pathfinding for highly ambiguous concepts and emergent initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and measurable success for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Collaborate with internal product leaders to define platform requirements and API capabilities.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure.
• Define and track platform adoption, performance, latency, and cost-efficiency metrics.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive platform services adoption.
