Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Computer Vision to define the strategy and drive adoption of our CV platform across the product portfolio. You will own the lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure, partnering with engineering to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will lead a cross-functional team, develop MRDs/PRDs, and define success metrics to improve customer outcomes and platform value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in platform/AI/ML domains.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle, data platforms, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and metrics (KPIs/OKRs).

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform aligned with the portfolio.
• Lead internal partners across Motorola to understand CV needs and drive platform adoption.
• Create MRDs, PRDs, and user stories for core platform capabilities and end-to-end CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and foundational AI infrastructure from ideation to deployment and deprecation.
• Define and track platform metrics (adoption, performance, latency, cost-efficiency).
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform build-vs-buy decisions.
