Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Product Manager for Computer Vision to shape enterprise-scale CV platforms across cloud and edge. You will partner with internal leaders to define requirements, drive API capabilities, and own model-centric product lifecycles, delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining MRDs/PRDs, roadmapping, and aligning success metrics (adoption, latency, cost). Strong leadership and CV/ML expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management in technical domains.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycle (MLOps).
• Experience defining vision, strategy and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform and align with portfolio goals.
• Lead internal partnerships, capture platform needs and drive adoption of services.
• Create MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core platform capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and AI infrastructure from ideation to deployment.
• Define metrics to measure adoption, performance, cost-efficiency and outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform build-versus-buy decisions.
