Motorola Solutions seeks a Principal Product Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for the enterprise CV platform. You will partner with internal leaders to define requirements, drive adoption of AI infrastructure, and own end-to-end product ownership for select CV products across cloud and edge environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in technical domains.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycle (MLOps).
• Experience writing MRDs/PRDs and user stories for platform capabilities.
• Ability to define metrics frameworks (KPIs/OKRs).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Domain knowledge in public safety/security is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Collaborate with internal leaders to define platform requirements and drive adoption of APIs.
• Create MRDs/PRDs and user stories for core platform capabilities (model serving, data pipelines, edge-to-cloud sync).
• Own lifecycle for central CV models and AI infrastructure from ideation to deprecation.
• Define and track platform adoption, performance, latency and cost-efficiency metrics.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
