Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to define the strategy and roadmap of the Computer Vision Platform. You will collaborate with internal product leaders to specify requirements and drive adoption of AI infrastructure across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include owning the lifecycle of reusable CV models, defining success metrics, and partnering on market insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform products, AI/ML, or cross-functional tech domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, CV algorithms, or ML data products.
• Deep understanding of computer vision and ML lifecycle (MLOps).
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps with KPIs/OKRs.
• Strong analytical skills with AI performance metrics and real-time video processing.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal partner alignment to define platform requirements (APIs, capabilities, scalability).
• Own the product lifecycle for central CV models and AI infrastructure.
• Define metrics to measure adoption, performance, latency, cost-efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Identify new opportunities through market and customer insights with the PM team.
