Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Principal Technical Program Manager for Computer Vision to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our CV Platform. You will partner with product leaders to specify requirements and drive enterprise AI infrastructure adoption across the portfolio.

You will own lifecycle management of central CV models, data pipelines, and model serving, while defining success metrics and guiding discovery to shape future opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience in platform or cross-functional domains.
• 3+ years hands-on experience building ML models, pipelines or CV algorithms.
• Deep understanding of computer vision, ML lifecycle and AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy and KPI frameworks.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, definition and roadmap for the Computer Vision Platform.
• Lead internal partner alignment and drive platform adoption of APIs and services.
• Create MRDs, PRDs and user stories for core capabilities and CV products.
• Own lifecycle of central CV models and AI infra from ideation to deployment.
• Define metrics to measure platform health, adoption and value.
• Conduct market and customer discovery to guide strategic decisions.
